x111 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "x111" refers to the x111 online gaming platform, its operators, licensors, affiliates, and representatives, accessible at x111.vu.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on x111.

x111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by x111 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your x111 Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

x111 will never contact you via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel to ask for your full password. If you receive any such request purportedly from x111, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x111 immediately at the contact address provided in Section 16. x111 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

x111 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account is inactive — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant account fees may apply as published in our fee schedule.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

x111 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. x111 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. x111 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your x111 account dashboard at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time. x111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your x111 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times. x111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless x111 expressly permits otherwise in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Accounts with pending verification documents will have withdrawals held until the verification process is complete.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 24 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 1–3 business days from approval.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 12 hours of approval, subject to network confirmation times.

x111 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts. During such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for a period not exceeding 7 business days unless extended regulatory timelines apply.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. x111 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct their own transfer charges.

x111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to events such as PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all x111 promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only certain games or betting markets contribute toward the Wagering Requirement. Contribution percentages are specified per promotion.

x111 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a Player has breached bonus terms, these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable platform rules.

All bets placed on x111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting or game section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

x111 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (in-play error).
• A manifestly incorrect price or odds were offered due to a technical error or human error in the odds compilation process.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered in a manner that materially affects the original market conditions.
• x111 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit a technical vulnerability or error in the platform.

All decisions made by x111 regarding the settlement of bets are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 15. x111's records of all bets placed and their outcomes shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive evidence of the facts they record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x111 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening or using multiple accounts, or accessing any account registered to another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using x111's platform to launder money or to conduct transactions that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any x111 software, system, or security mechanism.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate x111 transactions.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.

All content on the x111 platform — including but not limited to software code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, odds data, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of x111 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use x111 Services for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any x111 content or software.

• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Any delay, failure, or error in the settlement of bets or games caused by circumstances outside x111's direct control, including but not limited to third-party data feed failures or payment network outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit x111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

x111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x111 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. The platform strictly enforces an age limit of 21 years or older for all registered players and uses verified KYC procedures to enforce this requirement.
